Reaching your Townie

When something pops into your head — a spur-of-the-moment “oh, I need to deal with that” — that’s exactly when to reach your Townie: “remind me to follow up with Sam tomorrow,” “add Sarah to the partners doc,” “find us 30 minutes this week.”

Your Townie is around wherever you are, and you can chat with it in a few different ways:

• On the web ( town.com): Your home base. Start a new chat, or search an existing one and pick up right where you left off.
• Over email: Your Townie has its own @town.com inbox, so you can email it like anyone else — or reply to a thread and loop it in: “Hey, can you add this contact to my partners doc?” or “Can you schedule time for the two of us?” It does the work and emails you back.
